The experience

A steady space to understand your patterns and practice new responses.

This is more than a series of calls. It brings somatic awareness, breathwork, reflection, live guidance, and community together over eight weeks.

Notice what is happening

Build awareness of stress responses, emotional triggers, people-pleasing, overthinking, shutting down, and repeated patterns without treating yourself as a problem to fix.

Practice tools in real time

Explore grounding, body awareness, breathwork, and practical exercises at a pace that respects individual comfort and choice.

Bring learning into life

Use weekly reflections and small implementation steps to explore how awareness can support relationships, boundaries, and everyday decisions.

Learn alongside a small group

Hear different perspectives and learn from shared questions in a supportive environment, without making private coaching the whole program.

Is this group coaching or private coaching?

The program is primarily group-based. It includes limited private support, typically up to two 30-minute sessions during the eight weeks.

No previous experience is required. The program introduces practices step by step. You can ask questions, adapt an exercise, or choose not to participate in a practice that does not feel appropriate for you.

Are the live sessions recorded?

Session recordings are included for review. Because the program involves group discussion, clear privacy expectations and recording rules should be agreed upon before the cohort begins.

When does the next cohort start?

The next group coaching cohort begins in December 2026. Book a clarity call with Mendy to discuss the exact live-session dates, schedule, and enrollment details.

How does enrollment work?

Use the Book a Clarity Call button to message Mendy directly. Discuss the schedule, program fit, policies, and enrollment before making a decision. After your place is confirmed, you will complete a separate participant intake form covering relevant safety considerations. Mendy may also request clearance if relevant safety concerns arise.

No. This is a coaching and educational experience, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

What is the investment?

The pay-in-full price is $2,999. The alternative payment plan is three monthly payments of $1,099, for a total of $3,297.
